NutScan provides size estimates for guidance purposes only. Results should not be relied upon as a definitive measurement. Always verify the identified size manually using appropriate measuring tools before use in any application where an incorrect size could cause damage, injury, or safety issues.

Alpha Pariah Studios accepts no liability for any damage, injury, loss, or cost arising from the use of incorrect size identification provided by the app.

NutScan uses AI image analysis to estimate nut and bolt sizes. While we strive for accuracy, results may vary depending on image quality, lighting conditions, camera angle, and the condition of the hardware being scanned. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

The unlimited scan unlock (£1.99) is a one-time payment processed by Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms of service. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. Alpha Pariah Studios does not process payments directly.

NutScan contains affiliate links to Amazon. When you click a buy button and make a purchase, Alpha Pariah Studios may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the scan results or recommendations provided by the app.

NutScan and all associated content, design, and code are the intellectual property of Alpha Pariah Studios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Pariah Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NutScan. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NutScan after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
